How Do I Solve My "Over Disk Quota" Problem?
1. Login to Webmail (https://mail.brockport.edu).
2. At the top, notice the "Quota" bar, displaying your current usage. If you go over 100%, you will no longer receive mail.

2. On the left, notice the "My Folders" heading and the folders listed below.

4. Most people have unneeded messages in the Sent and Trash folders. You can either delete the larger messages or delete messages older than a certain date.
5. Click on the Sent folder.

6. To delete the larger messages, click the Size heading to sort by size. Next click the checkboxes on the left of the messages to be deleted or the select all button to delete all messages on the page.

Click the Delete button. Try to delete the larger (more than 1 MB ~ 1000 k) messages first.

7. To delete the older messages, click the Received heading until the arrow is filled in and pointing up. Next click the checkboxes on the left of the messages to be deleted or the select all button to delete all messages on the page. Click the Delete button.
.
9. Click on the Empty Trash button to permanently delete all messages in the Trash.

Repeat steps 5 through 9 for each folder.
