ANGEL Supported Browser Reminder

As we approach the busy midterm assignment period, the Learning Systems Team would like to encourage ANGEL users to verify that they are using a supported Internet browser when accessing the ANGEL Learning Management System.  Current supported browsers include:

PC: Internet Explorer 7.x or Firefox 3.x

Mac: Firefox 3.x

Please note that there are known issues for users trying to access ANGEL with either Safari or Google Chrome and these browsers are not supported by our vendor, ANGEL Learning Inc.  The most widely seen issues with these browsers include: lost drop box submissions and access issues with course mail.

Users can verify that their browser is compatible by accessing the ANGEL homepage at https://angel.brockport.edu and clicking the Browser Compatibility Check.  The check will indicate any issues that might need to be resolved.  If you have any questions, or need additional assistance, please contact the ITS Help Desk at (585) 395-5151 or at helpdesk@brockport.edu.
