Policy Update: Retention of IT Privileges
The President’s Cabinet recently passed an updated policy on the retention of IT privileges for the College’s students, faculty and staff. The updated policy will govern the inactivation of IT privileges when an individual separates from the College.
IT privileges include:
- access to College e-mail and calendaring services
- public computer labs
- wireless network
- ANGEL
- digital library information resources
ITS will be implementing the policy over the coming months, and will appropriately notify users of any impact to their IT privileges.
Any questions about the updated policy on the retention of IT privileges can be addressed to the ITS Help Desk.
