Message From the Chair

Please accept my warmest welcome on behalf of the entire Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies. The department has had a history of delivering the highest quality education to students for approximately forty years. The curriculum is diverse, offering specialties in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Service Management, at both the graduate and undergraduate level. I invite you to explore the department through this website.

In acknowledging the fact that "student success is our number one priority", our exceptionally talented faculty demonstrate dedication to such priority by providing a nurturing yet challenging learning environment, as well as guide students through a rich learning experience comprising theory and practice.
