Major's Club

"REC Club"

The REC Club is a vital part of the Department of Recreation and Leisure Studies. All students who are either majoring or minoring in recreation and leisure studies are automatically members. The REC Club offers students the opportunity for social interaction with other students and faculty (recreation), networking for practica and jobs, and just plain fun!

If you are so inclined to be a more active participant in the club, you can become an officer. Being an officer permits you to strengthen your leadership abilities, provides experiential management skills, assists in garnering scholarships and helps with filling out your resume. But most importantly it displays your commitment to your new career.
