Your NetID (short for Network ID) is a username that has many uses at The College at Brockport. Your NetID is the first letter of your first name, followed by the first 4 letters of your last name, followed by a number. Note: All letters are lowercase! (ex. asmit1). Your default password for your NetID is the first letter of your first name, followed by the last 5 digits of your Banner ID.

If you wish to change your password, do so using the NetID Lookup and Password Change System, then see What To Do After Changing Your NetID Password, to ensure that you do not have an interruption in services.

Your NetID will give you access to the following services:

• ANGEL http://angel.brockport.edu
• Library http://www.brockport.edu/library
• Parking http://www.brockport.edu/parking/
• Software http://software.brockport.edu
• Lab computer login and printing
• Vlab Information
• Wi-Fi (Wireless Network)

To look up your NetID, do the following:

1. Log into Web Banner (Campus Information System) (see instructions on that page).
2. Click on “Personal Information”
3. Click on “NetID Lookup and Password Change System”

Your NetID will be deactivated 120 days after your graduation or other departure from the College. You will receive a 30 day reminder.
