Banner houses all of your student records. You will log in to Banner to:
Your Banner ID Number is a nine digit number, beginning with 800. It was given to you by Undergraduate Admissions during your application process. If you have your EagleOne ID card you can find your ID in the lower left corner.
The easiest way to access Web Banner is:
Hover over the Quick Links button in the upper right-hand corner of any Brockport Web page
Choose Web Banner (the third option)
You can also click on Web Banner at the bottom of the page.
Before coming to campus, it's important that you log in to Web Banner to Affirm Enrollment and Accept Financial Responsibility as well as Accept Student Code of Conduct.

Type your 9 digit Banner ID Number in the User ID box.
Type your
PIN in the
PIN box (by default, your
PIN is your six digit birthday: MMDDYY)
Click Login
If necessary, you will be prompted to change your
PIN.
Note: Your
PIN can either contain numbers, letters or both.
If you don't know your
PIN or need to reset it, please follow the information at:
Change your PIN
Click Student Services
Click Registration
Click Affirm Enrollment
Choose the appropriate semester from the drop down list
Click Accept and then Submit. If you click Accept without clicking Submit, your enrollment will not be affirmed.
You will receive the message “Our records show that you have accepted the enrollment agreement”. If you do not get that message, be sure you have clicked both Accept AND Submit.
Your enrollment will then be locked in for the semester.
After affirming your enrollment:
Contact the Help Desk at 585-395-5151, opt. 1.
Tell them: “I cannot log in to Web Banner.”
