Turn off Pop-up Blocker

Internet Explorer on a PC

  • Click the “Tools” menu.
  • Point to “Pop-up Blocker”.
  • Select “Pop-up Blocker Settings…”
  • In the box labeled “Address of Web site to allow:” enter mail.brockport.edu.
  • Click the “Add” button.
  • Click “Close”

Mozilla Firefox on a PC

  • Click the “Tools” menu.
  • Select “Options…”
  • In the top ribbon, select the “Content” tab.
  • In the main window, click “Exceptions” to the right of the “Block pop-up windows” check box.
  • In the box labeled “Address of web site:” enter mail.brockport.edu.
  • Click the “Allow” button.
  • Click the “Close” button.
  • Click the “OK” button.

Mozilla Firefox on a Macintosh:

  • Click the “Firefox” menu.
  • Select “Preferences…”
  • In the top ribbon, select the “Content” tab.
  • In the main window, click “Exceptions” to the right of the “Block pop-up windows” check box.
  • In the box labeled “Address of web site:” enter mail.brockport.edu.
  • Click the “Allow” button.
  • Click the “Close” button.
  • Click the “OK” button.
