Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 use a process called Autodiscover to automatically obtain Exchange settings and configure your account.
1) Contact the Help Desk at (585)395-5151, option #1 and request to have Outlook setup with your Brockport Exchange account.
2) A TSS staff member will remotely connect to your computer and configure Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013 in a few brief minutes.
3) Once finished, open Outlook on your computer and sign into your account using:
4) Outlook will begin to download your email folders, email messages, calendar, and contacts. This process may take a lengthy period of time based on how much data is saved in your account.
