Striving always for perfection and settling for progress, I have been a member of the professional staff here at The College at Brockport since June of 2000.
Prior to that time, I worked as a student assistant to the University Web Technical Coordinator at the University of Rochester, where I received my bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
Today, I am principally responsible for the official Web site at the College. This includes: designing and maintaining the site structure; reporting and analyzing Web usage; and assisting College offices and departments as they strive to do the same. In addition, I now coordinate the College's information security program.
I completed my Master of Public Administration degree from the College in May 2006. I was elected to serve as President of the College Senate for the 2009-10 academic year.
Outside of the College, I am very active in my profession. I am a founding member of the board of directors and officer of the Higher Education Web Professionals Association. I am a frequent presenter at past HighEdWeb Conferences, and very much look forward to the March 2013 New England Regional HighEdWeb Conference and the October 2013 Annual HighEdWeb Confernece in Buffalo, New York.
