Why did you choose to work in Residential Life?

I was an RA at The College at Brockport for three years and a Resident Director for three years.  I realized how I could contribute to students’ college experience and help students with their long term goals. I enjoy working with the LLCs because of I am able to learn from the students and the programming is unique and fun!

What do you love about Brockport?

I love that students have the opportunity to find their niche but also meet many new people. I found this to be true as a Brockport student myself and as a Professional.

What's the best part of your job?

It is forever changing, never a dull moment! I also like working with students and helping them decide what path is right for them.

What do you like to do for fun?

I love scrapbooking! I like the Buffalo Sabres and the Buffalo Bills. I also enjoy traveling, reading, music and spending time with my family and friends.

Advice for first year students:

Don’t be afraid to try something new! Be yourself! Ask questions when you have them!

Most memorable programs at Brockport:

Scrapbooking programs, Salsa & Salsa and International Women’s Day.
