Emergency Information
In case of an emergency, the fire alarm will sound. Please leave the building by the closest exit and do not use the elevators. If you are handicapped, please wait at the designated Area of Refuge. Dial 911 at any pay phone or cell phone to report an emergency.
Library Instruction

Career Services
Available in the Career Services Satellite Center. The office supports students and alumni on all issues relating to career decision-making and job search services. The College at Brockport students taking MetroCenter, online or off-site courses will receive FREE shipping on all text books purchased through the Barnes & Noble College Bookstore.

Making Copies
The copier* is located in Room 326 and is available for use during our operating hours. Your department PIN number must be used to make copies. Allow five business days for a copy job completion.
Please send large jobs (more than 325 pages) to the College Print Shop or your department secretary.
*Departments are billed for copier usage.
MAIL
Faculty Mail Slots are located in Room 326 on the third floor (except for GRC-MSW faculty). Please check your mail regularly. Your mail slot is your communication link with your department. Phone messages and student papers will be left in your mail slot.
Courier Male Service: Mail items going to Campus for processing are delivered on a daily basis. There ia a 10-lb weight limit for these items. Inter-office mail that comes from Campus, and US Mail, are are processed daily. Please leave any outgoing mail in Room 326. Inter-office envelopes are available for your use in Room 324.
Class Cancellations
If you cancel class or change your schedule, please notify our office, your department and students in your class. We will post changes and inform students who may show up for class accordingly.
Instructor Storage
Instructional materials may be stored in the cabinets located in the faculty offices and classrooms. Please makre your materials with your name and class.
Forms may also be obtained in Room 326 & 327 on the third floor. Completed forms are required at least three business days in advance to reserve equipment.
We cannot guarantee the provision of equipment requested if needed shorter than three business days.
Brockport ID will be required to check out camcorders and tape recorders. Equipment is for use in the building only.
Portable Computers and LCD Projectors
Computer equipment must be reserved three business days prior to use. First-time users must call the METROCENTER at (585) 395-8000 to set up training. Data ports are available in all classrooms. Please reserve computer equipment only for the time/dates of use.

Classroom Assignments
Room assignments are posted on the (first, second, third and fourth floors) for the first week of class. If you can not access your classroom, please inform the MetroCenter staff on the third floor.
