Orchestra performance on main stage

The Music Studies program at Brockport is located in the newly renovated Tower Fine Arts Building. Tower offers a spacious rehearsal room for the ensembles and six smaller practice rooms; four with pianos, one with a drum set and one with an organ, which smaller ensembles and students can sign out during the school year. Tower’s large music classroom is equipped with computer, projection and speaker system, and the theory classroom features 15 keyboards for student use. The instrument storage room houses the College's percussion instruments as well as the orchestra's music library. The main performance space for Theatre and Music Studies is the Tower Mainstage, a 399-seat proscenium-style space located in the Fine Arts Building with state of the art lighting and sound. Other on-campus venues where ensembles perform include The Black Box Theatre, Seymour College Union Ballroom, The New York Room, and the Blue Room Auditorium.
