"Ask Ellsworth" - Online Student Service Tool Helps College Community

Brockport, NY - The College at Brockport, State University of New York, provides a tool for current students, prospective students, and the College community, "Ask Ellsworth."

"Ask Ellsworth" is a large online knowledge database of frequently asked questions. Users may search the tool for answers to many student service questions. They also may "Ask Ellsworth" a question, which is then answered by College staff in the appropriate office. "Ask Ellsworth" is accessible 24/7 from the College's Web site and on participating office Web pages.

"One of the benefits of this tool is that it can be used when it's convenient for our students, faculty, and staff. 'Ask Ellsworth' is accessible online at any time," said Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management J. Scott Atkinson. "There also is a feedback option, which will allow the College to improve the service."
