According to the result of the Student Opinion Survey (SOS) administered most recently in the spring, students at The College at Brockport have rated Dining Services #1 in SUNY again, a ranking held consecutively since 1994! Dining Services are operated by the Brockport Auxiliary Service Corporation (BASC).
Other BASC student services also rated high in this survey -- parking services and the Bookstore both ranked #4 among all comprehensive colleges. The Bookstore score showed moderate improvement and the score for parking services improved 10.5% since the previous SOS in 2006!
The SOS is administered to undergraduate students across the SUNY system every three years for the purpose of determining student satisfaction with the programs, services and facilities provided by their respective campuses. This year’s survey was completed by 761 randomly selected College at Brockport students. The pool of participants ranged from freshmen to seniors and included both on and off campus students.
