Brockport, NY – The lights will go out from noon–1 pm, Wednesday, October 21, at The College at Brockport, as part of Campus Sustainability Day.
In addition to turning off lights and unused electronics from noon to 1 pm, tables will be set up during lunch in Harrison Hall, Brockway Hall, and the Seymour College Union with information about other green initiatives taking place on campus.
The College at Brockport’s Campus Sustainability Day is a collaborative project among the Brockport Auxiliary Services Corporation, the Office of Residential Life, ECOS Student Environmental Organization and the Sustainability Task Force intended to raise awareness of and promote green initiatives that reduce energy consumption and reduce pollution.
