BROCKPORT, NY—A leading executive of a global construction company will address students at The College at Brockport, State University of New York, on February 12. Nick Billotti, the president and chief executive officer of Turner International LLC, the overseas division of Turner Construction Company, will be the featured speaker in the Spring 2013 School of Business Administration and Economic’s Dean’s Entrepreneurship Lecture Series.
Billotti, who earned both a bachelors and a master’s degree from Brockport, will share some of the knowledge and expertise that he has accumulated during the time he has spent leading a highly successful global construction company. He will focus on the importance of ethics in business practice during his remarks, which will take place at 2 pm in the Hartwell Dance Theatre.
“Mr. Billotti is a thoughtful, successful leader who understands that in today's fast paced and complex business and professional environments there is no substitute for integrity. In his role at Turner Construction, Billotti provides strategic direction for the international business unit, which currently includes 65 construction projects measuring more than 20.3 million square meters in building area with a value of more than $19.7 billion. He currently manages assignments in 25 countries throughout Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean.
