Welcome to the The College at Brockport Department of Nursing where a group of caring and concerned faculty and staff work to prepare students for professional employment, leadership roles, graduate study, and professional and civic advocacy. The mission of the Department of Nursing is to prepare a professional nurse who can meet the health care needs of a culturally diverse society. We do this by combining a rigorous academic curriculum with stimulating clinical experiences, all of which are guided by dedicated faculty members. The program is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education and the New York State Department of Education.
