Prepare Your Computer to Join an Open Meeting
Windows Computers
The live Webcast uses Windows Media Player to convey the meeting to your computer. An up-to-date Windows computer should have all the software necessary to run the Webcast. You can visit Windows Update to ensure that your computer is up-to-date.
Mac Computers
The live Webcast uses Windows Media Player to convey the meeting to your computer. Windows Media Player is available for MacOS10. You may need to download and install Windows Media Player for the Mac to join the meeting. Alternately, Mac users can download and use Real Media Player to join the meeting.
Other Computers
We believe UNIX/Linux computers may be able to join the meeting using Real Media Player. We are not familiar with this platform, and request your feedback.
