Research interest(s):
Necessary characteristics and attributes of successful
intercollegiate athletic directors as percieved by universtiy/college
presidents; examination of the propagandistic tendencies of Leni Riefenstahl's
1936 Berlin Olympics documentary video Olympia; and currently
researching three-point short attempts and percentage of success during
specified game segments classified by minutes. The Big 10, SEC, and
Atlantic Coast Conferences are being examined.

Other:
Robert came to Brockport in 1996. In addition to his teaching he has
compiled numerous publications includinng but not limited to such topics
as sport management curriculum, discrimination in Athletic departments,
and the appropriateness of the three-point short in men's college basketball.
An avid sports fan and former college basketball coach, Robert routinely
attends championship events such as the men's Final Four basketball
tournament and Major League Baseball's World Series
