Bob came to Brockport in 1996. In addition to his teaching he has compiled over 42 peer-reviewed publications including but not limited to such topics as sport management curriculum, discrimination in athletic departments, managing athletic departments virtuously, Leni Riefenstahl’s propagandistic tendencies, and the appropriateness of the distance of the three-point shot in men's college basketball. An avid sports fan and former college basketball coach, Bob routinely attends championship events such as the men's Final Four basketball tournament, major university post season football bowl games, and Major League Baseball's World Series.
