Careers
The track in adapted physical education has graduated over 500 individuals since 1968. Graduates serve as regular physical educators teaching inclusive physical education; adapted physical education specialists in schools and agencies; physical education consultants, supervisors, or administrators in school districts or agencies; faculty in higher education settings; and teachers, coaches, and leaders in adapted sport programs. Graduates are employed in several states and countries throughout the world.
On average, one, The College at Brockport, adapted physical education graduate every two years attains a doctoral degree related to the field.
