Cost of the Program

Each student accepted into the Professional Portion of the Athletic Training Major will be responsible for costs in addition to normal student tuition and fees. A summary of those costs are listed below: However, this list is neither exhaustive nor exclusive to all financial obligations:

  1. Books and required note packets
  2. Physical examination and inoculation costs
  3. Membership in the National Athletic Trainers’ Association ($85/year)
  4. Transportation to off-campus affiliated clinical sites – typically in the senior year
  5. Required uniform costs (~$250 at beginning of clinical experience)
  6. Personal liability insurance (~$21/semester)
