The Kinesiology major and all the concentrations are accredited by Middle States and are approved programs by the NYS Department of Education. In addition, the Teacher Certification concentration is accredited by NCATE and the Athletic Training concentration is accredited by CAATE. The prospective student, native or transfer, must seek admission when he/she has been accepted into the College. A prospective student may seek admission after completing at least 12 credits of Brockport coursework and obtain a Brockport GPA of 2.5 or better.
