To reserve space on campus, faculty and staff should email a completed Event and Room Reservation Form PDF to the appropriate scheduling office below at least 14 days in advance.
You will then be contacted by the scheduling office to confirm details of your request, and an Event Coordinator will be assigned to your reservation. The Event Coordinator will make arrangements with campus departments on your behalf and help you navigate the event planning process.
Submission of the reservation form does not guarantee use of space. Your event is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email.
Changes to or cancellations of space reservations should be made through your Event Coordinator.
If your event is taking place in two or more buildings on campus, all space requests should be submitted to Conferences & Events.
