Strategic Planning II Completed

The Strategic Planning II committee recommendations were discussed and the document was approved by the Faculty Senate in April 2004 (with some modifications). The implementation phase of Strategic Plan II will continue as a joint College Administration and College Senate effort.

Six committees were convened to carry out the strategic planning process:

  1. What Students Will We Teach?
  2. How Will We Help Our Students Prepare For Success?
  3. How Will Our Students Learn?
  4. How Will We Plan for Appropriate Instructional Capacity and Equitable Teaching Loads?
  5. How Can We Strengthen College Governance?
  6. How Can We Become More, and More Strongly, Embedded in the Rochester Community?
