Elevator(s): no (some elevators exist within campus buildings for desktop deliveries)
Receiving Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
Comments:

Central Receiving will not accept the following parcels:

  • Express packages (Fed Express, Airborne, UPS, etc.)
  • Student packages (September-July)
  • Contractor deliveries
  • Bookstore deliveries
  • Parcels addressed directly to individuals/departments

SUNY Brockport Metrocenter

Location: 55 St. Paul Street, Rochester NY 14604
Loading Dock: none
Elevator(s): passenger elevators on south side of building
Receiving Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Comments: All deliveries should be taken through doors on Bragdon Place (south side of building). It is always best to contact building management at (585) 469-4523 prior to making any delivery.

Rochester Educational Opportunity Center (REOC)

Location: 305 Andrews Street, Rochester NY 14604
Second Location: Sibley Building, 225 E. Main Street, 6th floor
(only deliver when instructed to do so)
Loading Dock: no
Elevator(s): One passenger – no freight elevators
Receiving Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
Comments: Due to parking constraints, REOC is unable to accommodate large delivery vehicles (tractor trailers) at the front entrance. Trailers and other large delivery vehicles must unload from the curb. REOC is not equipped with special handling equipment (i.e., forklift).

Shipments of large proportion should contact the Business Affairs Office at (585) 232-2730, ext. 216, prior to delivery.

Visual Studies Workshop

Receiving Hours: 9:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
Comments: Large shipments should be delivered to doors between buildings (breezeway). Drivers will be required to come to front door to gain entry. It is always best to call prior to delivery, (585) 442-8676, to assure staffing is available to accept delivery.
