To apply for a grant please complete the following Application Form and Room Reservation Form. The Application Form must be typed. Turn in both forms to the Late Night with Ellsworth Headquarters (room 119, Hazen Hall).
The Graduate Assistant will contact you within one month in regards to the acceptance of your program proposal. Once accepted, a pre-event meeting will be set up with the Graduate Assistant to discuss set-up, execution, and associated costs of the program. All pre-event meetings must take place at least one month prior to the program date.
Advertise, gather materials, and put on your event (details discussed in pre-event meeting). You may opt to have the Late Night with Ellsworth Exec Crew create the flyers for your event.
Bring the Budget and Program reports to a post-event meeting with the Graduate Assistant.
