The Graduate Certificate in Professional Science Administration is a specialized, condensed graduate program for students with a science background who seek business expertise and professional training to advance their managerial careers in science-related industry, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. The 12-credit certificate includes three “Plus Courses” taught by highly qualified business professors as well as one elective class. Courses are conveniently offered in the evenings and during the winter and summer sessions to accommodate students already working in science-related fields.
The Graduate Certificate in Professional Science Administration is open to students with a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college and with adequate training in science, mathematics, or a computational discipline. Specific academic eligibility requirements include:

The elective graduate-level course is chosen by students, in consultation with their advisors, according to their academic interests and professional goals.
This program enhances the qualifications that students and professionals employed in science-related firms, agencies, or organizations need to advance their careers in management. During their course of study, certificate students may seek additional experience through an internship with a local company that fits their scientific training.
