Dr. Ann Altmeyer joined the faculty of the SUNY Brockport  Department of Public Administration in 1981. While completing her PhD in Public Administration at the Maxwell School of Public Affairs, Syracuse University, Altmeyer began teaching management.  At present, on-line classes are her primary areas of interest and a focus of her research.  She is currently serving her sixth year as chair of the department.
