Public service web sites were surveyed and discussed in 2005 and 2006 and resulted in the 2007 publication of: “A Conceptual Framework for Considering the Value of E-Government” in the Encyclopedia of Digital Government, published by the Idea Group Inc, and edited by Ari-Veikko Anttiroiko and Matti Malkia. This article was republished as a chapter in “Electronic Government: Concepts, Methodologies, Tools, and Applications”, Information Science Reference in 2008.During the Fall 2008 semester, completed a study of New York State county web sites.
