Purpose: The purpose of the Something’s Gotta Give Conference is to: follow up on last year’s report of the New York State Commission on Local Government Efficiency and Competitiveness; reinvigorate a community discussion on this topic; and discuss ways of getting local movement on efficiencies in local government. Date: Tuesday, May 19, 2009 Time: 8:00 am - 1:30 pm Location: RIT Conference Center 5257 West Henrietta Road West Henrietta, NY 14586 *Note: If you need hotel accommodations, contact the conference center directly at (585) 359-1800. If you register prior to April 27, the rate is $109.00. Cost: $20.00 ($10.00 for students) Registration fee includes the conference, continental breakfast and lunch.
