Instructor Information |

Michael Jones, 4th Degree Black Belt
Michael Jones is the current Tae Kwon Do Instructor and holds the rank of Fourth Degree Black Belt in the World Martial Arts Association (WMAA). Before coming to SUNY Brockport, he taught Tae Kwon Do at SUNY Fredonia, Western Michigan University and Keuka College. He is an official WMAA National Tournament Referee. At the College tournament in 2002, he placed second in the Men's Fourth degree division for forms and freestyle. Currently, he is the Western New York Regional Director for the WMAA.
Dawn M. Jones, Ph. D, 3rd Degree Black Belt, Club Advisor
Dawn Jones has achieved the rank of Assistant Instructor and she is one of only a dozen women who have achieved the rank of third degree black belt. She has been an advisor and Assistant Instructor in four schools. She is also an Official WMAA National Tournament Referee. At the College Tournament in 2002, she was the first place champion in the Women's black belt forms division, and second place champion in both the Women's freestyle and Women's board breaking. She is also a Head Counselor and Instructor at the WMAA children's camp each summer.
