Mind / body for hyper people. PiYo™ is an athletic fusion style strength & flexibility mat class. It combines Pilates, yoga, dance, and strength in a flowing sequence designated for those who like to move with grace and power. |

Yoga |
A basic yoga class with three segments. First, warm up into cliff hangers. Second, work segment with strength poses linked together in a flow series. Third, sun salutations designed to strengthen the upper body, finalizing the workout, leading to a cool down stretch segment. |
Yogalates |
A beginner’s session of Yoga and Pilate's. Focusing on the core of the body we’ll work on flexibility and strength to reduce stress. Each class will end with a 10 minute meditation. |
