Registration Options

To register for any Youth & Family Program, simply choose one of the four options listed below (the first option is our preferred registration method):

	Register over the phone by calling (585) 395-2681. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover payments over the phone.
	Click here to download and print a registration form. Complete the form and credit card payment information and fax the form to (585) 395-2884.
	Click here to download and print a registration form. Complete the form and credit card payment information and mail the form to the address indicated on the form.
	Visit Tuttle North Room 286 during normal business hours to submit form and payment.

Please note that registration forms are processed in the order in which they are received. For certain programs, including swim instruction, we limit the number of participants in each class. Therefore, we strongly recommend submitting registration and payment information over the phone. If we receive registration and payment information for a program that is closed, we will return any payment received to the address listed on the registration form.
