Student Staff

The College at Brockport students serve as counselors, lifeguards and swim instructors. Most students are education or recreation majors who have previous experience working with children. All staff members go through an extensive training process, which includes American Red Cross CPR, First Aid and AED certifications.

Why are you excited about BKC 2008?

I am so excited to be more involved in camp this summer. I will be in charge of the many fun arts and crafts, and I can not wait to share my love for being creative with the children. I can not wait for camp to get started to meet all of the returning campers, as well as all of the wonderful new campers!

Why should kids be excited for BKC?

It is a wonderful place to be! We have such great counselors as well as families who attend our camp, so it is always a fun filled summer! We have many great activites planned, from pool fun, to field trips, so it will definitly be a wonderful summer, and I can not wait to enjoy it with all of the campers!
