Program Information

Our Tae Kwon Do program provides instruction in the Chung Do Kwan style of Tae Kwon Do, in a safe, structured environment. This program is open to children eight years of age and older, as well as adults. All classes are taught in accordance with the standards established by the World Martial Arts Association. Students will learn the basics of Tae Kwon Do, including punches, kicks, blocks and six-step. Instruction will also include the beginning forms, Ku Mu I and Ku Mu II. Students will also have the opportunity to work with a partner on three-step and self-defense techniques. Students will have the option to purchase a Tae Kwon Do uniform through the instructor. All classes are held in the Cooper Hall gym.
