Replacement Diploma

If you are a Brockport graduate and have lost or damaged your diploma, you may request a replacement diploma. A fee of $15.00 is charged for each replacement diploma. You will need to complete the replacement diploma form and submit it to the Office of Registration and Records for processing. We will make every effort to fulfill your request as soon as possible.
