Late Registration
Friday, January 9, 2009	Affirm Enrollment Deadline
Friday, January 23, 2009	Open Registration/Orientation
Sunday, January 25, 2009	Deadline to Cancel Enrollment

January 26 - February 2, 2009	If registering for the first time, $40 late registration fee.
February 3-13, 2009	If registering for the first time, $40 late registration fee plus $20 late add fee -- total $60 late fee
Adding Courses During the Add Period
January 26 - February 2, 2009	Add Period
Adding Courses During the Late Add Period
February 3 - 13, 2009	Late Add Period ($20 Fee) *A $20 fee will be charged to add any course during this period including late starting courses and second quarter courses.*
Dropping Courses
January 26 - February 2, 2008	Drop Period - 100% Tuition Refund
February 3 - 9, 2009	Drop Period - 70% Tuition Refund
February 10 - 16, 2009	Drop Period - 50% Tuition Refund
February 17 - 23, 2009	Drop Period - 30% Tuition Refund
After February 23, 2009	No Refund
Withdrawing from Courses
February 24 - April 10, 2009	Withdrawal Period -- No permission ($20 Fee)
April 13 - May 1, 2009	Withdrawal Period -- Permission required ($20 Fee)
End of Semester Information
Saturday, May 9, 2009	Last Day of Classes
May 11 - 16, 2009	Final Exams Week
Fri., May 22, 2009, 4:00 pm	Final Grades Due from Faculty
Sat., May 23, 2009	Final Grades Available On-Line. **If the grade is not entered, contact your instructor.
