Transcript Request Information
OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
A transcript is a record of all your courses, grades and degrees awarded from The College at Brockport. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act requires that a request for an official transcript be made in writing and your request cannot be processed without your signature. Please Note: Official Transcripts will be processed approximately 48 hours from the receipt of your request, but please allow four weeks after the end of each semester. Transcript requests cannot be processed on the spot. A fee of $5.00 is required for each official transcript with undergraduate and graduate transcripts considered two separate records.
Please note: Once the undergraduate degree is awarded, the undergraduate transcript is closed. Courses completed after that, regardless of their level, are recorded on a graduate transcript. You will need one of each if you are required to show all your completed work. (EXCEPTION: Coursework for students matriculated in a second degree program will be included on the undergraduate transcript even after the first degree has been awarded).
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
There is no fee for
unofficial transcripts. A maximum
of two unofficial transcripts will be provided per request.

A HOLD ON THEIR RECORDS.
