If you attended The College at Brockport in 1986 and/or later,
you can get a copy of your unofficial transcript online from the student
information system.
·
Click on Web Banner
· Login with your User ID (social security number or Banner ID number) and your PIN.
o
If this is your first time accessing the system,
your PIN is your birth date in MMDDYY format. Example: a birth date of January 7, 1982, would be a PIN of
010782.
o Note: When creating a new PIN after using your birth date to access the system the first time, your birth date becomes your “Old PIN”. Enter your birth date at “Enter Old PIN”. Then create a new PIN for the next two fields.
o
If you have accessed the system before, use the
last PIN you created. If you cannot remember your PIN, enter your user ID ONLY
and click "Forgotten/Disabled PIN". Enter the correct answer to your security question and you will be prompted to create a new six-character PIN. (no hypens, dashes or slashes, and should be something you can easily remember. For security purposes, your pin should not be your name and should contain both letters and numbers. Please note that your PIN is case sensitive.)
o If you still cannot access the system, contact the Office of Registration and Records at (585) 395-2531 or registrar@brockport.edu to have your PIN reset back to your birth date so you can start over.
