Townhome Spaces are available for Summer '13!
On-campus housing is available in the Student Townhomes for current Brockport students between Sunday, May 13 and Saturday, August 4 at the cost of $250 per week. Air conditioned, furnished accommodations include single bedroom, full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer.
Summer School Sessions
Summer Session I (Monday, May 20 - Friday, May 31); Summer Session II (Monday, June 03 - Wednesday, July 03); Session III (Monday, July 08 - Saturday August 10).
The cost for each summer session is as follows:
Summer Session 1: $500*
Summer Session 2: $1,000*
Summer Session 3: $1,000*
*Summer Prices are subject to change
Policies
Please Note: All students are expected to abide by the Student Townhomes License and Student Code of Conduct while residing in the Townhomes. Any student found in violation of these policies will go through the Student Conduct System and may be removed from Summer Housing.

Check-In Procedure
Check-in for each summer session will be during the following times in the Townhomes Community Center:
Summer Session 1: Sunday, May 19 (2:00pm-5:00pm)
Summer Session 2: Sunday, June 02(2:00pm-5:00pm)
Summer Session 3: Sunday, July 07 (2:00pm-5:00pm)
Students arriving on days not listed above must contact housing@brockport.edu to arrange alternate check-in times.
