Our student townhomes offer the comforts of independent living with the convenience of on-campus location. Built in 2007, the townhomes community consists of 52 fully furnished and spacious units, each with four single bedrooms,two full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, laundry facilities and wall to wall carpeting.
Residential Life/Learning Communities is pleased to continue offering a co-ed living option for the 2012-2013 academic year in our Student Townhomes. This option allows residents to choose their roommates regardless of gender. Interested groups will indicate their interest on the Townhome Application and will only be supported if the entire group agrees with the request. This option is not meant for romantic relationships or married housing.
Applications are no longer being accepted for the initial Townhome Selection Process for 2012-2013, however we are accepting waiting list applications.
Groups who apply by Friday, February 13 receive notification of their townhome status via email on Monday, February 13th. Groups that are granted a townhome will select their units and rooms on Wednesday, February 15th between 6pm and 9pm based on priority. Selection will take place in the Townhomes Community Center.
