What do you love about Brockport?

I love that the college is very student centered and focused on developing students in the classroom as well as outside the classroom. The Brockport students, faculty and staff are very supportive and friendly! A team approach to everything!

What's the best part of your job?

I like having “teachable moments” with students and helping students to maximize their full potential. Students come to the college at various levels of development and I enjoy helping them to challenge themselves to overcome obstacles.

What do you do for fun?

I enjoy working out and exploring new things that life has to offer. I love music, dancing and hanging out with my close friends. I have two daughters who are teens and they keep me very busy with soccer, basketball and lacrosse!  I’m always running around to get them to and from their social activities!

Any advice for first year students?

The best advice I can first year students is to be open minded, actively engaged in developing new relationships and enjoy the process of learning! Keep an eye on your goals and take advantage of the college resources to develop your strengths and find your career passion. Try something new and soar!

Most memorable program at Brockport:

No memorable programs but memorable students and thoughts of our meaningful conversations!
