We are pleased to provide you with your Spring 2014 room assignment, including the name(s) of your roommate/ suitemate(s). We encourage you to contact the student(s) you will be living with to discuss those personal touches that will make your room, or suite, your home away from home.
Due to the demand of on-campus student housing, we were unable to accommodate all specific requests. We have made every effort to honor your preferences and mutual roommate requests. Roommate requests were only honored if space was available, if they were entered correctly on the housing application and if they were mutually requested. Housing assignment changes may occur if a student cancels their housing assignment prior to arrival, leaving an opening in your room. If this is the case, a roommate will be assigned to you before the start of the spring semester. It is not possible to make adjustments to your housing assignment at this time as all spaces have been filled and we have students waiting to obtain housing. Once the semester begins, students may contact the Resident Director in charge of their building if any concerns arise or to request a room change as space becomes available.
Important Housing Information
Please remember that the Housing Agreement signed at check-in is binding for the entire academic year, August 2013 – May 2014. If you are not returning to campus, please email us immediately at email@example.com.

Now is the time to select your Spring meal plan. First year residents may choose from the Unlimited or Two-A-Day plans. Your selection will be reflected in your spring semester term bill. If you do not make an active selection, you will be billed for the Unlimited Plan. As always, you will have until the third Friday in the spring semester to make a meal plan change.
New Freshmen and Transfer students move-in date is Friday, January 24, 2014. Check-in runs from 8:30am-5pm. If you are unable to check in before 5pm, don't worry! We will be staffed throughout the evening.
