Revised Guidelines for the Faculty-Staff-Student Interaction Program:

The College at Brockport, through the Division of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, is pleased to continue our program designed to bring together faculty, staff and students outside the classroom and ideally in the residence hall system.  This is set up to fund programs and events that students may learn from or participate in.  The Faculty-Staff-Student Interaction Program has helped support activities such as creative programming, discussions, seminars, field trips, dinners with visiting lecturers and other worthwhile educational activities.  Consider sharing talents, knowledge, or interests that students may not see in your professional capacity.   

Through a grant from the Faculty-Staff-Student Interaction Program, we will assist in defraying the costs for food or beverages with the use of "Wdollars" through the Wegmans Shoppers Club Card for Business Program. If you are planning an event you think may qualify, please print and complete the application and submit it at least five business days prior to the planned event.

All purchases must be made at Wegmans and the maximum purchase total allowed is $50.  Any event at which meals and/or refreshments are served to students or faculty guests must be at a campus location or in a campus residence hall, at the faculty or staff member's home, or at an approved off-campus site. No purchases of alcoholic beverages are allowed and this program will not fund gifts or parties or any other item not permitted according to normal guidelines and restrictions for the use of New York State funds. 

This program is unable to fund:
 Regularly scheduled class or departmental meetings
 Training sessions
 Graduation receptions
 Any appreciation, recognition, hospitality, or celebratory event 
 Receptions/gatherings of a strictly social nature
 Conference trips
