• Houses 192 first-year students
• 48 four-person suites
• Each suite has two-bedrooms, a common room, and a self-contained bathroom
• Three floors, each with a study lounge
• Entire 3rd Floor is an Academic Excellence Floor
• Free laundry machines located in each hallway of the building
• Dobson Hall Package Room is located on First Floor

• Large lounge connecting Benedict and Dobson Halls (contains Pool table, Ping Pong Table, Air Hockey Table, 2 Foosball Tables, TVs, vending machines, and two kitchens)
• Active Residence Council
• Staffed with six Resident Assistants (RAs) and one Resident Director (RD), who are excellent sources of information. They will treat you as individuals, help you make choices, support you in developing personal responsibility and concern for others, and help you to develop a plan for your academic success.
