Sport: Fact or Fiction

The sport industry is estimated to generate over $375 billion dollars annually. The growth of ESPN has brought a wide variety of "sports" into numerous households daily. This presentation is a discussion on the many definitions of "sport" in society. Should an activity be classified a “sport” just because it is broadcast on ESPN, is part of the Olympics, or is performed by athletic individuals?
