Numerous chemical lecture demonstrations from College Chemistry I & II are assembled into a “show”. This presentation of over a dozen demonstrations includes brief explanations and is designed to generate thought and interest in chemistry and science. Effective demonstrations should be visual, interesting, and surprising. Ever-popular explosions are, of course, included. Variations of this presentation have been given several hundred times to various audiences off campus since 1981. This is NOT a magic show!
