Oftentimes, career paths appear to be more of an accident than a planned journey and moving from an accidental path to a more directed one can be daunting. The array of self-reflective tests and inventories are numerous and can result in more questions than answers in choosing your next career move. During this presentation, you will learn about an action-oriented and time contained strategy to change your wayward career path into a specific action plan, including strategic actions to take in the next three, six, and twelve months.
