Webcomics are a new form of art quickly taking over the net. Far more than just a comic strip on the web, webcomics are a form of free speech and artistic identity--and most webcomic creators are college students. There are no barriers when it comes to content, and no editors but the creators themselves. This presentation discusses how webcomics first started, how to create them, and what they represent.
